Part 1

Applicants must answer yes to the following 3 questions in order to be considered.

1. The photos we take will be used for image content on adult internet websites. Are you comfortable with this?

2. We are required by law to keep copies of 2 forms of ID for all models, on record at all times. Do you have a Government Issued Photo ID (drivers license, military ID, etc..), and a second form of ID (SS Card, Gym card, Student ID, Library card, etc..) ?

3. It is also required for us to have all models sign a model release form at the time cash trades hands. Is this ok?
